Flex Sizing Defined:

Our Flex Sizing approach is designed to accommodate the natural variations in body shapes and sizes, ensuring a comfortable and flattering fit. Recognizing that we don’t always fit neatly into one size, we’ve created in-between sizing that adapts to your unique proportions:

• Small/Medium (S/M): Fits dress sizes 4–6
• Medium/Large (M/L): Fits dress sizes 8–10
• Large/Large (L/L): Fits dress sizes 12–14
• X-Large/2X-Large (XL/2XL): Fits dress sizes 16–18

This innovative sizing system celebrates body diversity, offering flexibility and confidence in every wear.

Return Options
We offer two return options based on your preference:

• Store Credit (Preferred):
  Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit issued in full.
• Refund to Original Payment:
  Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to availability.
To support fit adjustments, prepaid return labels may be provided for exchanges.

Return Process
All returns and exchanges require prior approval. A return authorization must be requested and approved before shipping your item back.

Conditions
To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn and unaltered
• In original condition with tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
