Returns & Exchanges

To support you, we’ve structured our returns and exchanges to provide flexibility while honoring the integrity of our designs and production process.
READY-TO-WEAR — RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Options
We offer two return options based on your preference:

Store Credit (Preferred):
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit issued in full. -
Refund to Original Payment:
Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to availability.
To support fit adjustments, prepaid return labels may be provided for exchanges.
Return Process
All returns and exchanges require prior approval. A return authorization must be requested and approved before shipping your item back.
Conditions
To qualify, items must be:

Returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.
FOUNDER’S RUN — LIMITED RELEASE
Founder’s Run pieces are produced in limited, one-time quantities to preserve their exclusivity and craftsmanship.

MADE-TO-ORDER & PRE-ORDERS
Select Charla Ruschelle pieces are created on a made-to-order or pre-order basis, meaning your garment is produced specifically for you or in small, intentional batches.
Production & Fulfillment
Estimated production timelines will be noted on the product page. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept the stated timeframe prior to shipment.
Returns & Exchanges

Shipping & Delivery
How We Do It
Once your order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If any issues arise in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly while also notifying us so we can support where possible.
